The AdBreakers Reporting Connector ("the App") is operated by AdBreakers ("we", "us") and is used to generate monthly performance reports for Shopify merchants who are clients of AdBreakers.
With the merchant's authorization, the App reads the following from the connected Shopify store via the Shopify Admin API: aggregate sales and analytics reports, order counts and totals, session counts, product and inventory information, discounts and price rules, store content, and theme information. The App requests read access for reporting and, where enabled by the merchant, limited write access to products, content and themes for agency management work.
The App stores only the access credentials issued by Shopify for each connected store (an access token, and where applicable a refresh token), so that reports can be generated on a schedule. We do not copy or retain customer personal data, order details, or catalog data in the App's own storage.
Data retrieved from the store is used exclusively to produce that store's own performance report for the merchant. We do not sell, rent, or share store data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising to consumers.
Stored access credentials are kept only while the App remains installed. When the App is uninstalled, or
upon a Shopify shop/redact request, the store's stored credentials are deleted.
The App also honors Shopify's customers/data_request and customers/redact
compliance webhooks; because the App does not retain customer personal data, there is no customer data to
return or erase.
